Event Guidelines
To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all attendees, performers, and staff, the following guidelines must be followed by all participants and guests. Failure to adhere to these rules may result in removal from the event.
General Rules

Respectful Atmosphere: This is a family-friendly event. No cursing on stage or in interactions with event staff and attendees.

Safety First: no reckless behavior. Keep the vibes positive and safe.

No Disruptions: Any attempt to incite chaos, disorder, or riots will lead to immediate removal from the festival.
Performer Guidelines

Artist Check-In: All performers must check in at the designated artist booth upon arrival.

Backstage Access: Only approved performers and staff are allowed backstage. Artists must enter through the designated entrance.

Sound Check: Each act will be assigned a specific sound check time. Late arrivals may have reduced setup time or risk losing their slot.

Guest Tickets: Artists’ family members and guests must purchase a ticket to attend. No complimentary entry.

Respect the Equipment & Venue: Performers are responsible for their own gear and must handle provided stage equipment with care. Any damages may result in financial liability.
Security & Enforcement

Event security will be present throughout the festival to ensure safety and compliance with these guidelines.

Any violations may result in removal from the event without refund and possible disqualification for performers.
